I formed a very good working relationship with David. He sold three properties for me already. There’s no if or buts he straight to the point. he’ll give you an honest opinion of your property not some inflated price to make you think you’re going to make a killing he give you the real facts on where what and why the last property I sold I was a little bit disappointed in the price, but when I looked at the fact and the location. It all made sense within a week of listing the house with David. He had a buyer we worked through it. The house was sold look I can only say good things about David and Move realestate and would recommend him to anybody. Great experience and would recommend to anyone selling or purchasing property

David brought about his positive energy to every engagement we had. He was honest and worked with us and the sellers for us to purchase our family home. When we first looked at the property and inquired about it, it sadly went under offer, but when it fell through, David contacted us back and that afternoon we got out for a look and made an offer. It was a seamless transaction and we couldn’t be happier. David always kept us in the loop and was always there if we needed to ask questions or clarify anything. Great agent!!!

Very knowledgeable & excellent with buying & selling

Dave helped us with the whole selling and buying process, Dave had all the answers to our questions, and was always one step ahead, which took alot of pressure of us. Dave walked us through the processes of buying and selling, and we felt very comfortable and at ease during a typically stressful time. David was easy to talk to honest and very helpful in all aspects. He answered all my questions and helped with every step of my selling journey from paperwork to solicitors.
